Which program is right for us, Huntress or KnowBe4?
Both are strong programs. Huntress suits most small and midsize organizations and is simple to run alongside Huntress endpoint protection. KnowBe4 suits larger organizations that want a large content library and detailed reporting. We will recommend one after a short conversation about your size and requirements.
We already use KnowBe4. Can you manage it for us?
Yes. We can take over an existing KnowBe4 subscription, including campaigns, reporting and renewals.
How much time does training take?
Lessons take a few minutes, so they fit into a normal workday.
What happens when someone clicks a simulated phishing email?
They see a short lesson on what they missed. Results track improvement over time; the goal is learning, not public blame.
