How every project runs
1. Inventory before we quote
We look at what you actually run, how it is licensed and what depends on it. The inventory is what makes the quote accurate.
2. Design and fixed quote
A written design and one complete price. You know the scope and the cost before anything is ordered.
3. Build and stage
Hardware is configured, firmware updated and settings applied in our shop or on site before cutover.
4. Cut over after hours
Production changes happen on nights and weekends with the old system kept until the new one is proven.
5. Document and hand over
You get the as-built documentation, credentials in a managed vault, and a walkthrough with your team.
6. Support afterward
The engineers who built it support it, under a managed or co-managed agreement or as needed by block time.

A quote is a quote. Every project is quoted complete and fixed: hardware, licensing, labor and migration. If we leave out a component the design needs, we supply it at no charge. No change orders for our own omissions.
